Adam Magnus

For more than 20 years, Adam Magnus has been producing top flight television ads and giving strategic advice to winning political campaigns across the country, including Senators Michael Bennet, Sherrod Brown, Catherine Cortez Masto and Raphael Warnock, and Governors Jay Inslee and JB Pritzker.
In addition to his work overseeing ad strategy, for many campaigns Adam takes a lead role working with communication teams on broader messaging, the day-to-day tactics to accomplish it, as well as preparations around debates and other high profile events.
Elisabeth Pearson

Elisabeth Pearson has been a leading Democratic strategist for almost two decades. As the former Executive Director of the Democratic Governors Association, the DGA flipped eight governorships from red-to-blue and did not lose a single Democratic incumbent - one of the best cycles in DGA history.
Elisabeth previously worked as Political Director at the DGA and Deputy Political Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, where she helped to maintain the Senate majority in 2010. She has worked on multiple campaigns in Virginia, including Warner for Senate, Kaine for Governor and Wagner for Lt. Governor.
Lauren Passalacqua

Lauren is a seasoned communications and political strategist who helped win back the Senate majority in 2020 as Communications Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), and has experience working on the most competitive Senate races in recent election cycles as well as local and statewide campaigns.
Lauren first joined the DSCC as National Press Secretary in 2015, and then served as Communications Director for two consecutive cycles in 2018 and 2020. She oversaw communications strategies to reelect incumbents and flip GOP- held seats in states across the country. Lauren was one of a handful of DSCC staffers deployed to Georgia for the runoffs that secured a Democratic Senate with the historic election of Senators Reverend Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff. Prior to that, Lauren worked on campaigns and in government press shops for officials in New York State and New York City. She joined Magnus Pearson Media in 2021.
Jordan Wilson
Partner
Jordan brings over 10 years of experience writing, directing and producing ads for Democratic committees, organizations and candidates at every level. In 2020, Jordan served as the Paid Media Creative Director on the Biden campaign, where he helped lead the first ever in-house advertising team for a presidential campaign. From the opening ads in Iowa to the closing spots aired nationwide, Jordan wrote, directed and produced memorable and effective ads across television, digital and radio.
In the 2018 cycle, Jordan helped elect over 20 members of Congress as Senior Associate at MVAR Media. Prior to that, Jordan worked on the paid media team for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign after getting his start working at the Democratic Governors Association. He joined Magnus Pearson Media in 2021.
Grant Albee
Senior Producer
Grant joined Magnus Pearson Media at its onset in 2019.
In addition to managing our post-production, Grant has helped concept, write, film, direct, and produce hundreds of spots for campaigns and organizations nationwide.
Prior to joining MPM, Grant worked in production at GMMB and Shorr Johnson Magnus.
Terri Zuniga
Chief Operating Officer
Terri serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Magnus Pearson Media and has been with the firm since it launched in 2019.
Prior to joining the team, Terri worked at the Democratic Governors Association as Deputy Executive Director and before that, worked for five years, in both official and campaign roles, as a scheduler with U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich’s team.
At Magnus Pearson, Terri manages the day-to-day operations, which includes everything from working with clients and vendors to finalizing ads and budgets. Above all, she makes sure that we are running a tight ship.
